Fraenkische Corrugator Rebuild

This corrugator was in very bad shape when it arrived from the customer. The customer stated that the machine was found in a junkyard, as you can see from the first picture you can believe them. We had to completely dismantle the machine, after dismantle we checked every part. All the water connections had to be replaced and blown out or cleaned out. There was no electrical with the machine either. We striped the paint down to the metal so we could re-prime and re-paint to the customers color. The machine was outfitted with all new electrics including ac drive/motor, panel gauges, contactors, breakers and etc. As you can see from the picture the machine is in excellent condition and meets all expectations of the customer.
